EVENT SET UP

Race crew and volunteers arrive to begin setting up for the race.  Sponsors and vendors can arrive to set up their booth. No participants at this time. 

CAMPING OPENS

For runners who have a camping reservation, it is recommended to come and set up camp on Friday afternoon. Giving you time to set up, settle in, relax, sleep, and be ready to jump into the race on Saturday morning.

EVENT PARKING OPENS

We recommend carpooling with your friends and other runners to help save the limited parking spaces. Bring cash for event parking at the gate. Thank you!

RACE CHECK-IN

Race day check-in to get your bib, shirt, and goodies before the race starts. 

PRE-RACE BRIEF

All runners are required to be in the start corral to receive a pre-race brief and instructions. 

RACES START

All race categories for solo runners, 1st leg for relay teams, and hikers start.

RACES FINISH

The cut-off times are as follows:

• 5K cut-off is 2-hours*
• 10K cut-off is 3-hours*
• 15K cut-off is 4-hours*
• 30K cut-off is 6-hours*
• 60K cut-off is 12-hours

*These are the recommended cut-off times and are soft as long as you finish by 8:00 PM Saturday. With races starting at 8:00 AM, all distances need to be done by 8:00 PM Saturday evening when the race ends, allowing for a maximum of 12-hours of running time.

DEPART

Race breakdown, packed up, and depart. All campers must depart by 11:00 AM. Drive safely!
