We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals—whether you’re a first-time volunteer, a seasoned pro, or somewhere in between—who want to help make this race an unforgettable experience for all participants.

As a valued crew member, you’ll receive a crew shirt, volunteer training, and the chance to win raffle prizes. Plus, we’re offering FREE entry credit to next year’s Santa Clarita Trail Race or any New Global Adventures race in Southern California!

Volunteer Positions

The following positions are available.

EARLY CHECK-IN - FRIDAY

  • Staging Setup (5 to 8 positions)
  • Registration / Check-In (6 to 8 positions)
  • Photographer (1 position)

RACE DAY - SATURDAY

  •  Registration / Check-In (10 to 12 positions)
  •  Course Aid Stations (15 to 20 positions)
  •  Course Monitors (2 positions)
  •  Course Sweeper (28K) (2 positions)
  •  Finish Line Food/Water (2 to 3 positions)
  •  Medical First Aid (2 to 3 positions)
  •  Security (1 to 2 positions)
  •  Photographer (3 to 5 positions)
  •  Drone Pilot/Videographer (1 position)
  •  Start/Finish Line Management (3 to 4 positions)
  •  Staging Breakdown (6 to 8 positions)

*Volunteers are not advised to run and volunteer at the same race.
